– explore and understand your inner patterns, awakening the feeling of inner freedom, peace, and happiness.
– the practice of Trataka, first concentrating on the light of a candle and then invoking the inner light in your agya chakra
Join this online evening meditation course and learn how to meditate in a gradual and systematic way. Your teachers will be in constant communication with you, answering your questions, inspiring and supporting your progress.
