Soma<\/em> is referenced hundreds of times across Vedic texts. Of its many definitions, the most pertinent is the gleaming fluid secreted from the pineal gland during deep states of spiritual practice and identifying with the moon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Soma Sessions integrally connect you to the lunar phases and energies through specific Asana<\/em>, Pranayama<\/em> and meditation techniques to bring you closer to these intuitive states and a joyful sense of calm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the Soma Sessions, we practice together under the influence of the waning and waxing moon. We feel the contrast and proceed accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We move gently, breathe well, rest and bathe in the ocean of self-love and community. Then we eat \u2013 served by our very own culinary Guru<\/em> Dipendra from Streets of Nepal Crescent Head.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When: Every second Saturday from 1 April 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n
