DESCRIPTION:LEVEL 1 PROGRAMME- HOW TO TEACH KIDS YOGA\n\n\n\nOur foundation 3 day programme gives you the tools to: \n\n\n\nUnderstand all the developmental (physical; brain; emotional; reflexes) stages of children at progressive ages \n\n\n\nUnderstand how through activities/ games/ challenges children can improve at their level of development and beyond \n\n\n\nGet kids to concentrate and focus- Mindfulness tools and techniques. \n\n\n\nCreate and enjoy endless games\, songs\, challenges & adventures to mix and coordinate in your classes as you see fit. \n\n\n\nUnderstand how to deal with various syndromes; disorders; \n\n\n\nBlend your previous experiences into the programme \n\n\n\nEmployment prospects: You can use our Level I programme to teach kids yoga anywhere. \n\n\n\nPlease note\, under Yoga Australia guidelines\, a registered children’s yoga teachers requires a minimum of 350-hours teacher training\, along with completion of 50-hours specialised children’s yoga course.
